In The Wharf newspaper Parky says he's not expecting any signings before Saturday but thats probably just him trying to get everyone focussed on Saturday's game.

If that is the case I'd be very dissapointed. Starting the season with 2 strikers is quite frankly a joke.
Agreed, would be disappointed, but not surprised. We still have very little money. If we got turned down 2 bids for Benson the chances are we don't have much to spend at all.
A team of Elliot, Solly/Francis, Dailey, Doherty, Jackson, Wagstaff, Racon, Semedo, Reid, Sodje, Abbott isn't that bad a line up on paper to be honest. If they have a good team spirit who knows.
