A bloke a few rows down from me in the East Stand used to annoy all and sundry by blowing a large horn which we now all know as a vuvuzela, hopefully he won't be tempted to sneak it in...
I wonder if anyone seriously took time to write to the club suggesting vuvuzelas were banned? Can't say I blame the club for banning them, but you'd have to be a miserable sod to spend precious seconds of our short lives penning a note demanding one.

Got to admit it's pretty sad to complain to club before the season even starts but there are quite a few poeple who spend all day reading their Daily mail and complaining . I work with a few.

Which block is that? Maybe it was me.
I've only ever taken it from time to time...in fact I'm only able to go from time to time these days.
My opinion on whether it annoyed anyone was that if everyone bloody sang then you'd never hear it. I remember blowing it a lot during one or two games because everyone was so damned silent. I was quite frankly sick of either quiet or moaning 'supporters' in the East Stand. Just like you're moaning about it now.
As I've said before on here, I actually got someone complaining when I didn't take it though.
