    Mills Rufus Dailly Powell
    Bowyer Parker Lee
    Shelvey Di Canio
    Hales

    That's the strangest one yet.

    Shelvey but no Mendonca.
    Bowyer but no Kinsella
    Dailly and Mills ???

Oh well it's all about your own personal choice i suppose.

Oh i'm sorry i thought it was my favourite eleven not yours. I do apologise, next time i'll check with you what my favourite is...What a complete plum

    uncle,
is it just coincidence that 7 of your team have played for West Ham?:-)

No probably not coincidence but seeing that most of my team is the same as many others on hereand every player apart from Jonjo and Dailly feature in many peoples choices. anyone thinking I wouldn't choose Jonjo is touched seeing that if it wasn't for him i would not have got involved with Charlton. These are MY favourite eleven and its sad that i have to sit here explaning why

    Whhhhhhoooooooooooooooooooosssshhhhhhhhh!
  • From '95 onwards

    Kiely

    Young
    Rufus
    Costa
    Powell

    Jensen
    Parker
    Kinsella
    Robinson

    Bent
    Mendonca
  • 1. Bob Bolder
    2. Luke Young
    3. Chris Powell
    4. Scott Parker
    5. Richard Rufus
    6. Eddie Youds
    7. Rob Lee
    8. Mark Kinsella
    9. Clive Mendonca
    10. Darren Bent
    11. John Robinson
  • Purely based on the players who have given me the most pleasure (ooer!) watching them:

    Johns
    Humphrey
    Rufus
    Thompson
    Shirtliff
    Mark Reid
    Kinsella
    Colin Walsh
    Robinson
    Mendonca
    Melrose

Yes I know there are three centre-halves there, but fuck it - I'm picking them anyway. Shirtlifter as a holding midfielder. Or Thommo, for that matter (anyone else have the nuts to tell him he can't play there? :o)

  • [cite]Posted By: queensland_addick[/cite]No one else rate Jeff Wood? I thought there was very little to choose between him and Nicky Johns!

I think he was before Nicky Johns do I guess a lot if people won't have seen him. If found it hard to choose between Johns and Kiely but Dean just pipped it for me because he played at a higher level.
  • Woods - Tunbridge - Went - Plumb - Madden --------- no, start again.

    Bartram - Bonds - Costa - Rufus - Powell - Lee - Parker - Simonsen - Di Canio - Bent - Mendonca

Not sure how they would line up, but who cares.
  • It is interesting about people's comments about West Ham . You could pick an excellant team solely comprised of Charlton /WHam players . Most of this side has appeared in at least one persons team on this thread . Even Curbs does not make the side

    Illic
    Bonds Webster Dailly Powell

    Lee Bowyer Parker Konchesky

    Hales Di Canio
