A new rumour from sky
Skysports.com understands a host of clubs are chasing Wycombe trialist Marvin McCoy after he caught the eye at Adams Park.
Right-back McCoy is currently on trial at Wycombe from Ryman Premier side Wealdstone and has impressed in pre-season friendlies against Hayes and Brentford.
Former Arsenal and Watford youth player McCoy's performances have caught the attention of a number of clubs higher up the football pyramid with Leeds, Southampton and Charlton all maintaining a watching brief on the 21-year-old.
McCoy is keen to get back into league football and Wealdstone are unlikely to stand in his way if they receive a suitable offer.
Wycombe are keen to sign McCoy, but news of interest from other clubs could see the League Two miss out on the defender.
Will he be any better than Solly though. Prehaps Pards is collecting right backs as well this season Richardson, Butterfield and now possibily McCoy or it could just be he heard that we were interested. I hope he does not hear that we want to sign a promising youngsters McClould and Dickson who have bith been released from their club!

As far as I know, Leeds have a link-up deal with Wealdstone since they bought Beckford. If they were really interested, they would've offered him a trial before checking him out on trial at Wycombe.
Southampton have loads of money and are being linked with everyone.
Now, are we just the third club in the list (to make the story look believable), or are we the ones who are actually looking at him (and the other two are just for padding)?
His passing is crisp
If he signs, right back will be ready sorted.......
Only just got that. I'm being slow this week. Must be the heat.
Still not going to get too excited about this. Will wait until the OS tells us it's in the bag.
No doubt he'll get a decent pay packet.
(sorry obscure muso joke)
