The term Legend is over used but this guy is the real deal. Currently running 4th and hassling for 3rd in the Moto GP whilst riding with a broken leg, which he broke in an accident in practise for the Italian GP just 6 weeks ago! Doctors said he'd be out for 5 months, but he's back on a bike racing a World Class speeds before he's even able to walk without crutches!

*EDIT* Up to third as I type!

I was at Silverstone and missed Rossi so badly, Lorenzo has been having an easy run.

But your right Rossi is a legend, he needs a walking stick to help move around but has jumped straight back into the action after 6 weeks! He is having some fun with Stoner LOL

Shame he couldn't hang on going into that final corner, would have been amazing if he could have bagged a podium finish.

Agreed - he really is a legend - a Stirling Moss/Agostini character of the future.
It will be amazing if he takes a new bike next year and challenges again
