Aparently all boo boys will have there tickets revoled this year anyway...
Hope that IS the case mate!
This season should be the one when we all realise 'the good times' are well behind us and we now all have to stick TOGETHER to achieve what we all want to: fans/players/manager/board - simple as that!
But... feel that Llera will probably get similar BS to last season and possibly PP
Wouldn't be surprised if Waggy kops it, if he starts regularly.
Otherwise Akpo and Llera as mentioned.
It would be nice to think that all our fans are now tuned in to the new reality and will cut the players some slack.
I suppose it will all boil down to whether we are winning or losing, as ever.
Hopefully no one. Was thinking about this yesterday actually. Akpo and Llera will be up there, and usually a new signing will be for a bit if they get off to a bad start (eg Omozusi)
Well I would start off with Pardew for wasting millions, the board who should have kept a tighter grip on the purse strings, Parkinson for his lack of tactical nous and flexibility and ultimately the greedy, short sighted and selfish structure of British football brought on by Scudamore, the premiership, and Rupert Murdoch.
Lets start off with Pardew and Sky (Rupert Murdoch).
Probably a winger or a striker who doesn't score enough goals. I personally think Akpo with a full preseason under his belt will get us 10 goals next year.

I predict that if we are not top two come the end of August there will be some idiots calling for Parky's head. Really do hope I'm wrong though - in fact, I hope we are top two and this isn't tested.
[cite]Posted By: Oggy Red[/cite]What a dreadful thread.
But some brainless idiots will again starting abusing our own players.
Just different victims.
It seems like they are genetically programmed to be morons.
makes my blood boil at times...
I agree Mascot.
I wonder why the automatic knee-jerk moaners do it. I hate it when things don't go right at Charlton and I don't see things through rose-tinted glasses but I just wonder why these people feel the need to slag off players, managers, board, other fans etc when things aren't going well. It's almost like they enjoy wallowing in negative situations. We all know when things are going wrong and the best thing to do is to try to put them right. Slagging individuals off is never going to motivate them. As a football coach I know that fear of failure is not a motivator. If you think that the crowd (or elements of it) will be on your back as soon as you make a mistake, the chances are that you'll either make more mistakes or hide from pressure situations. It then becomes a vicious cycle.
Respect and loyalty is a two-way street. If we show respect to the players then, as most humans do, they will reciprocate. Disrespect them and they'll act the way that any of us would. If I was being booed all the time I'd probably think bollocks to you lot and just go through the motions. Football is a team sport - one individual rarely makes all the mistakes or creates all the chances so it's unfair to scapegoat any player.

What a good post, Jorge Costa!
It should be compulsory reading for all those brainless, clueless, morons ....... so-called 'supporters' - who make a point of actually not supporting their own players.
Anti-supporters, more like. The opposition's 12th man.

Let's get behind the boys!
Good post only for someone to add another "scapegoat"
makes me laugh really, if the team cant get there supportters to help them, who can they get......
anyway moving on, I think the boo boys should be the scapegoats and be forcebly removed form the stadium...
and just in case no one has noticed the season hasnt even started yet...
we could have a blinder and everyone could be carried along in a wave of euphoria and genius football as we cruise to the cc...
Id personaly be more than happy with midtable and getting on a solid financial footing that means the club isnt in danger of going under...
it seems every elses main concern is finding who we can blame...

if we can just get the boo boys out...
Maybe a tasser whould be brought to all games, and every time someone boys they get 250,000 volts...
the first death would frighten the hell out of the rest of the boo biys and we might get a result by fear...
Otherwise Akpo and Llera as mentioned.

However, I think the fans will be behind the team at least at the start of the season
lol.......
thats got a ring to it mate.....
Lets start off with Pardew and Sky (Rupert Murdoch).
Are there many more left...?
not a hope Reid is miles better than sam
if my kidney stones with charlton badges on them dont pass i am blaming off it
This place was really down in the dumps until Reid was signed and suddenly the euphoria was immense...
He's got a lot of expectations to live up to, he's either gonna be the next Charlton idol or a massive flop...
But some brainless idiots will again starting abusing our own players.
