A crass post probably primarily designed to attract "bites."
However he appears to be in a minority of one with his viewpoint which is probably why the Club has decided to run with it.
In a perverse way, if he does have an "agenda" against the Club as others have said, he has achieved the opposite of what he intended as the overwhelming affection of the vast majority of fans towards Richard Murray has come through loud and clear.
That may be of more encouragement to Richard Murray than the views of one ****hole whom is known as, to put it politely, something of a maverick.
I'm less worried about Nick Gray than the ed. of your views. NG was most likely an insignificant little boy who grew up to be an insignificant rude little boy. What on earth was the editor of Your Views thinking of when he allowed it to be posted? It his judgement that I strongly call into question.

I think Len is getting close here.
By publishing the post on the OS, the club has:
1) Let everyone see for themselves what a snake in the grass this Nick Gray actually is.
2) Given the opportunity for people to publicly condemn what he has said, and turn opinion against him.
3) Plenty of hits on the website
So desperate cry for attention by Nick Gray, a drowning man in a sea of derision.
And quite possibly Richard Murray has already seen the post - and laughed at it, because it is so ridiculous,
[cite]Posted By: Essex_Al[/cite]the only place for him will be Voice of the Valley. I'm sure he and Reams will get on great!
I don't think we should be getting 'Into The Valley' messageboard confused with that great fanzine 'Voice of The Valley'. I don't think Airman Brown would be too happy being compared to Reams !!
Search him on here read the views about him nothing changes with this individual other than the fact that picks on people whom he knows can not give the fool what he deserves.
Wonder if those that called his posts satire and witty still think the same
I used to post quite regulary on the OS site , until about a year ago when it was either all wonderful, or all bad. People got involved in personnal attacks on people, who simply did not share there view of all things Charlton.
I have no idea why anyone would want to post this type of comment against Richard, by all means question his running of the club but this is a 'low blow'.
Besides his 5 minutes of fame, if you can call it that, this is self defeating for any constructive criticism of the club. Football, is a game of opinion not personnal abuse, and this posting does over step the mark by a long way. As Oggy has posted I am sure Richard has seen the post, and formed that opinion!.
I read that, I was amused that only two people bothered to echo his apparent concerns and fondness for Dicky....
Perhaps that's why he let go his tyrannical tirade...
Fair do's to the OS for publishing it though, it proves freedom of speech is alive and well and living in South East London (after careful vetting of course)....
[cite]Posted By: CafcAndy[/cite]I think everyone is over-reacting. Can you blame a Charlton fan for being such a conspiricist with whats happened to us over recent years.
Alot needs to come out in the open, the board know this.

So having to undergo a heart operation is justice in your eyes for what's gone on at the club in recent years eh - nice!!

Do they not realise who employs them?

i dont post on here normally, mainly 606. I can echo JT`s comments that most on that board totally disagree with the level of vitriol NG espouses
He was also causing havoc on Chelseas 606 board with his abuse for John Terry.
you must be fooking joking
