Would be disappointed to see any of them go to another League 1 team, just for the money. If a Championship club or bigger comes in then we should wish them well.
Two options for me... 1) Make it known quickly that the strong spine are staying (Dailly, Burton, Semedo) and then let the rest decide if they fancy another crack at it 2) Get a new man at the top, a name with pedigree, instead of Parky and watch them all commit.
Option 2 needs to board to sign off another year at similar salary levels though.
If I were any of the players re signingm the first question I would ask is whether we were going into administration or not, although players are guaranteed first dibs after administration, I would not be wanting to play in a weakened team with a ten point deduction
It's going to be an interesting couple of months now. I don't expect to see any more than 2 or 3 of the current first team squad lining up to play our first game of the 2010/11 season. Although we've not paid big fees for our players this season, several have been on big wages - wages that the club cannot afford.
Don't be surprised to see some of the youngsters go either. Next season we'll have a much smaller squad and so will many other lower league clubs - it's the way the game is going in these strained economic times. That does mean that there will be lots of players looking for a job, which should enable an astute manager to pick up some bargains...

The thing with that is, who is going to buy someone like Youga or Richardson? They're under contract, in Youga's case he hasn't played since November. Richardson I'm not sure will go, right back isn't the hardest position to find, there will be plenty of players around out of contract, others available for loan, hopefully we can hang onto him. Who is he good enough for that can also pay an acceptable fee for him?
I'd also say it's likely players like Solly, Basey and Wagstaff stay, next season could be the one they break through as regulars.
Very amused by the comments earlier re: Burton and Cheltenham. The thought of him on £18k a week!
Richardson has been decent this season, had a good game in front of the cameras yesterday, in the team of the year. He is probably one of our higher earners. Could get £300k for him I would think. Board might jump at that.
liverpool's res team players which could join on loan again i think the loan system will play a huge part here is some of the liverpool fringe players who i guess would be loaned to us i wonder if a friendly was agreed as part of the jonjo sale spearing cm plessis cm pacheco rw / cf ayala cb Dalla Valle any where in midfield Amoo lw / cf they finished 3rd in there reserve league

Worst player I have ever seen in a CAFC shirt in my near 30 years following the club.
Danny Bailey, Mike Small and Gary Churchouse don't count .....?
Hmmm, I don't recall Churchouse, and you have a point about Bailey and Small but I don't recall us shelling out 2 million on any of them or any of them puporting to be top-level players.

Thats what I meant - Cheltenham offered £2k. Sorry
Ask Fabrgas currently discussing his future with Barcelona....... some footballers need velcro badges eh!......
nah that wouldn't work because the rest of the shirts are different. different colours and sponsors and that.

Not won anything for ages.
Pep Guidola needs a new challenge but not tried in English football

Faye looked like an impostor, quite frankly.
