Yes....I am genuinely depressed this morning.....don't want to go to the office...times are hard enough at work as it is at the moment with British High Street's being dead as a door nail the length and breadth of the country.
Need a holiday or at least a few days away...but due to my responsibilities at work I just can't....I'm sure I'm not alone and many of you just feel like a day in bed or a few days off. Would love to sit on a cliff looking out over the sea with just me and a bottle of Chardonnay to hand and sit quietly and chill to try to make sense of it all.
Had a couple of tears this morning in the shower but I've got to pick myself up and get on with it....as we all do.
If you think we're feeling bad this morning think of the Bailey family....I know how seriously they take this whole business and it doesn't bare thinking about.I suspect Nicky and indeed Alfie (his lovely wife) will be inconsolable.
