Travel to Oldham

Got my tickets and raring to go...but planning on getting the train and see there is works meaning Oldham stations are closed...so...

1. Does anyone know how to get there by train...I assume via Manchester or something and
2. Does anyone know any cheap ways of getting a ticket for the travel.

Need to go to Manchester Piccadilly and get a cab or bus. Oldham doesnt have a station close by.

Manchster Piccadilly station, then choice of buses 25, 181, 182 which all go past the ground
