It's quite clear that Parky lacks that skill to motivate the players.
Just look at how we sit back and invite the opposing teams to come and attack us despite most of the teams in this division being crap.
If you cannot get the team up for Millwall then there is something seriously wrong!!
If you look at Norwich as an example, they were the worst team to visit us last year and after getting themped at home on the first day of the season they changed manager...........the rest is history, no new players, just motivation and breeding of confidence into your squad.
