Millwall - Scummy club

edited March 2010 in General Charlton
I know a lot has already been said about yesterday's game, but for me watching a 10 year old kid pack his Charlton shirt into his rucksack after the game for fear of getting him or his Dad beaten up/abused was terrible. Sums that club up really.

  • That's the kind of big men a lot of them are sadly.

There are decent Millwall fans out there but they have more of the scummy element than most clubs partly because every little toe rag attaches himself to them because he thinks it makes him hard.

    Twas ever thus.
  • Yep and from what i saw all there 10 year olds were giving it? which i find firstly embarassing and sums up that club

    millwall= SCUM

If the Dads are 30/40/50 year old meatheads who go for a fight, shout racist abuse and give it to away fans then the chances are their kids will be like that too.

i was in the east stand and right in front of me there were about a dozen 15 year old bellends really going mad all signs/pointing/shouting before kick off at the charlton fans.we had a look to see what was causing them so much grief as their anger was so focused on the one area and it turns out to be a 10year old addick in his charlton shirt right at the front of the upper tier.once in a while he'd clock these oiks and wanker them back to which again they would all go absolutely mental again.me and my millwall mates did find the whole episode quite funny though.
  • Every team has supporters like that, Charlton too.

We got beat, let's talk about why we got beat.

    You sound like spoilt children
  • Lets be honest, a sizable amount of clubs in the land have got fans like that. Anyone who has come out of St Andrews (or any of the midland clubs for that matter) will know this only too well.

Millwall away is one of the safest away games you can attend, due to the complete ob overkill.

Birmingham is still like that now, wasnt expecting it to be like that but it was. Norwich are like that now too for some reason
  • ok millwall has a reputation personally i hate em as rivals but most of my pals are millwall fans and believe me they are good people who like us are passionate about their club its only a minority who f--k it up for the rest and believe me most football clubs all have a minority of idiots its not only millwall.

    f---ing spanners.
  • lol boogica.

    good post and great ending.

  • Trouble seems to follow the poor old Millwall fans - who were having a quiet drink...

It was Bolton & Blackpool who had a row, not Millwall.

    Never is.
  • "Gerald Parkinson, 54, who runs Parky's sandwich shop, Chapel Street, also witnessed the mayhem."

Looks like Parky has got his post-football career sorted out anyway! :-)
  • [cite]Posted By: ValleyGary[/cite]lol course it was

So Millwall, who are at Preston, who go Euston to Preston without going anywhere near Chorley, go out of their way to drink 20 handed in Chorley, when you've got Blackpool on their way to Bolton with trains that stop in Chorley.

Not hard to figure out is it.
  • Nope, not difficult - Millwall clearly went out of their way looking for trouble. What's new?
  • So every Millwall fan got the train to Preston? None of them drove?

Not hard to figure out is it.
  • Come on lads, its Millwall, they would never get run because no one likes them...cos they are Millwall!

Why would Bolton go to Chorley?

    Try again.

  • Oh dear, me old cockney Sparrow..............your like a holocaust denier
suppose you were there and was just walking by .........pathetic
  • Don't know about most people, but went I go Millwall, I sure as hell don't take my Charlton top off...NEVER!
  • Sparrows lane Donkey,
How does it feel when a club such as your own, who pride themselves on hooliganism and that alone actually get done over by....*drumroll*
    the mighty blackpool.

You spanner chavs really are laughable.

didnt realise all aggro had stick to national rail routes
  • It must have been police officers "disguised" as Millwall fans? Surely this can be the only explanation???
  • Chorley and Preston are hardly other ends of the country are they......
  • Whats that got to do with anything, we all know those lovely spanners would never travel 12mins for a tear-up.

They ALWAYS get caught in the middle, jumped or some other action that is in no way their fault.

    Yeah..... right....
  • I think the average landlord in Chorley would know the difference between a Blackburn accent and a Scum one.
  • Chorley is the last town off the motorway before Preston if you're travelling from London, and it's the last town off the motorway before Bolton if you're travelling from Blackpool. So pretty much exactly where Millwall and Blackpool fans would stop off if they wanted to have a drink without the police watching them.

But of course it was Bolton fans with London accents who travelled by train out to Chorley before their match back in Bolton.
