Soccerbase is a useful tool, u can get squad lists apperances player data going back to the year dot, has full results and tables from when your club enterd league football. Just google it.
Might be a few sites online (which you might have to pay to subscribe to) but I wouldn't be 100% sure that they're accurate and not sure if they'd list every single player.

Soccerbase doesn't go that far back though, only 15 years or so I think, without checking.
