    I agree Charlie Vaughan, John Vaughan (two loan spells I think) and Luke Varney.

    6th. We have never finished 1st, 6th, 8th, 16th or 21st but have done all the others up to 22nd.

    George Tadman scored 11 goals when we finished runners up in our first ever season in the top flight 1936/7

  • No. 4 ... has to be the Catford year, doesn't it? Mountsfield Park in about 1923?

    No idea what the average crowd was, but it was low enough that the club moved back to the Charlton area.

    And, no .. I did not attend any games there.
  • 5,476 was the average for the Catford season but that's not the lowest.

    Jack Vitty, one of two players called Vitty but only one ever played...

    Jack Vitty was from the same club as Sam Bartam, Boldon Villa...
  • 4,Has to be at The Valley the season before we left 1984-1985.Iwas a season-ticket holder back in those dark days,along with another 5104 true fans.

    John vitty was the missing player.
