Plymouth striker Steven MacLean is having a trial with Hearts. The Clydesdale Bank Premier League club announced that MacLean would be assessed by manager Csaba Laszlo this week. (Press Association)
Hearts foreign manager thinks anyone whose name starts with Mac or Mc is Scottish :-)
There was a big bit in the Scotsman about him. Pictures and everything. Mad Lazlo referred to him as a player that you'd need to pay £1,5M for. Hope he's still got that attitude in the summer.
Six foot one???????? Am I seeing things? Like Semedo being six foot. If Izale is six foot one as soon as the ball goes in the air he must lose his spine.

He is tall but yeah he's awful in the air considering he height.
I will take him down my local Cex and trade him in for an Xbox 360 game, second thoughts- I would probably have to add cash to Izale or I wouldn't get my game.
Posh do score quite a few goals despite their league position, reckon he could do ok there as similarly to when he was at MK Dons, McLeod will get lots of chances

Might also be a case of get rid of Mcleod now or never.
So keep him for two weeks to as cover and as a result have him and his wages on the books for another 18 months. Not an easy choice.
Agree entirely.

I'm hoping we can bring in a new striker. (One that actualy scores goals and not just 'runs around a lot')
In fact, one that *walks* around a lot but will score 15 goals by May. . .
If McLeod was a Scot, he'd be GINGER

dont be a plum this geezer is a liability
Nuff said.
A while ago, he was Tony Fattagan, he liked his beer and Maccie D's but kept getting bigger and bigger.
Then a good dietician put him on a diet and now he's ....... Tony Finnigan.
Sorry!

McLeod to Posh?
Means McLean could be on his way to Wolves after all this time.
Either way I just want to get rid - he probably costs us the equivalent of 2 or 3 good loanees
Shame as I really thought he would come good but he didn't despite being given enough chances.
No doubt if he scores for the posh it will be another stick to beat Parky and his "poor man management" with ; - (
Getting his wages off the books (if we do) could mean one of two other loans/transfer coming in, fingers crossed.
