The 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held in the JM Recruitment Harris Room at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on Tuesday 14 April, at 7pm.
The date ensures Members can attend the meeting after day three of Kent’s home match against Loughborough MCCU.

KENT TRIO CELEBRATE WHITE FERNS WIN
Charlotte Edwards, Lydia Greenway and Laura Marsh helped England women complete a 3-2 series win in New Zealand.
The trio flew home this week to begin preparations for a busy 2015 season with Kent and England including the Women’s Kia Test versus Australia at Canterbury on August 11-14.

Geoff Miller to give State of Play speech
Former England all-rounder and national selector Geoff Miller OBE will give the keynote speech at Kent Cricket’s State of Play dinner on Thursday 9 April.
The annual black tie event, sponsored by Spitfire Kentish Ale, is the traditional curtain-raiser to the season and will be held at 7pm in the JM Recruitment Harris Room at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence.
The three-course meal includes champagne and canapés on arrival, beer, wines and a cheeseboard for £100 per person or £850 for a table of ten.

One Day One Game brings together the whole cricketing family on one day and encourages clubs and volunteers to become the best that they can.
Kicking off at 9.30am on Saturday 7 March, there will be masterclass workshops from former England spinner Min Patel and top coach Richard O’Sullivan.
There will be expert guidance on club matters including groundskeeping, online scoring, finances and coaching.

Kent all-rounder Darren Stevens joins fight against corruption
Kent will take on Hampshire at The Ageas Bowl in Southampton on Tuesday and Wednesday 7 and 8 April.
A two-day fixture is scheduled between the sides starting at 11am against the 2014 Division Two champions.
Last season, Hampshire won by 196 runs at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence in August before Kent were unlucky to only draw after forcing the follow-on at Southampton.
Centuries from Daniel Bell-Drummond and Sam Northeast were backed up by 92 from Sam Billings in an impressive 507 first-innings total.
In reply, Kent bowled out the hosts for 351 and restricted them to 248 for nine as spin duo James Tredwell and Adam Riley shared 15 wickets.
The only other pre-season first-team fixture currently arranged is a three-day University match versus Loughborough MCCU starting at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence on Sunday 12 April.
After the Hampshire match, there will be a further opportunity for match practice as Kent and Northamptonshire play Warwickshire in a second XI friendly at The County Ground, Beckenham on Wednesday 15 April before the Championship season starts at Essex on Sunday 19 April at Chelmsford.

19 March 2015. Kent County Cricket Club has today announced its financial results for the year ending October 31, 2014, presenting another year of improvement.
EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) profits for the year were £1,250,655. This represents continued EBITDA improvement, which has seen dramatic positive progress since 2009.
After interest, depreciation and the net impact of other items, the historical surplus for the year after taxation was £658,437, a major movement from the loss in 2013 of £98,576.
As a result of the improved trading results, the Club was able to report that its Balance Sheet position had been consolidated, with a net asset value of £6.3 million – an improvement of £630,000 over the year.
Chief Executive Officer Jamie Clifford said: “We are all very encouraged that the Club can once again present continued improvement in our trading results.
“This continued movement in a positive direction is the result of a comprehensive and clear plan. Much effort has gone into improving the commercial base of the Club and this has seen a nearly fivefold increase in returns (£423,000) since 2010.”
“An essential element of the plan is securing planning permission for development of the Old Dover Road side of the ground. This is something that the Club hopes to achieve through the Planning Appeal process in the coming months and a successful outcome would result in greatly improved financial stability for the Club.”
“May 2015 will see a return to Beckenham and it is very pleasing that over the last 18 months a centre of cricketing excellence has been created in this area of strong Kent support through very significant investment.”
“We now all look forward to seeing Kent perform on the field in the next six months. It is very encouraging that 14 of our 23 man squad have come through the Club’s own cricket development programmes.”
“Finally, I would like to thank the continued support of our members, supporters, commercial partners and sponsors.”
The Club’s AGM will be held on Tuesday 14 April at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence at 7pm. Members will receive the financial accounts and report later this week.

Kent Cricket has re-signed 24-year-old all-rounder Matt Coles.
The Maidstone-born player was released by Hampshire last week and has agreed terms to return to his home county and bolsters Kent’s options for the new season.
A Kent Cricket Academy graduate, he made his first-class debut aged 19 in 2009 after coming through the age group squads and received his county cap in 2012, when he was also called up for England Lions.
He left Kent in August 2013 to join Hampshire on a three-year deal.
On his return, Coles said: “I am delighted to be back at Kent.
“I am looking forward to joining a talented group of lads and making a real go of my second spell here.
“To come through the age groups to play for your home county was a dream come true. I can’t wait to get started and rekindle my love for the Club.”
Kent captain Rob Key said: “Matt is a cricketer with undoubted potential with both bat and ball.
“It's fantastic that he has returned to the county that brought him up through the youth system.”
With the ball, he has taken 195 first-class wickets at 29.48 runs each and 64 wickets in List A games at 23.93.
His career-best returns came for Kent in 2012 with 6-51 in the LV= County Championship at Northamptonshire and 6-32 at Yorkshire.
In the T20, Coles’ best figures were 3-14 versus Sussex Sharks in 2013.
He bats left-handed and has scored more than 1,500 first-class runs at an average of 19.58.
The all-rounder has a top score of 103 not out against Yorkshire in the LV= County Championship at Headingley in 2012.
Kent’s campaign starts in late April with LV= County Championship matches at Essex and Glamorgan before an opening home game against Leicestershire on Sunday 2 May.

Kent spinner James Tredwell is surprised he did not play more for England at the World Cup. The 33-year-old only appeared in England's final pool match against Afghanistan, by which time they had been eliminated from the tournament. "Before going on the trip I had real thoughts I would feature quite a lot and have almost a leading role," he told BBC Radio Kent. "To hardly feature at all was a bit of a surprise, if I'm honest."
