Catering Colleges/University Course

My son is showing an interest for when he leaves school in 2 years, can anyone recommend a college or local uni that do a reasonably recognized course/certification?

    My ex's brother did catering at the college on Shooters Hill. Think its what was Eaglesfield.

    My brother did a one-year course at Lewisham College. Loved it. And got a job as a chef in a top London restaurant soon after.
