Interested to see PP describing our performance tonight as "honest". Granted it was less dire than the debacle of Sunday...if it had been worse then we would even have to consider re-signing the likes of Ralph Milne... Surely though, he forgot the essential fact that at present our midfield is way below the standards set earlier in the season. Shelvey is simply not at the races at the moment. Yes, he is just 17 but there is no room for such excuses in this game. If he's not up to it then he should take a real rest. On the subject of being honest, when is the manager going to come out and say what he thinks about McCleod and his antics? (Don't think I'm alone in wishing it was a longer ban). One thing I did agree with was the need to work harder and grind out any sort of result on Saturday. A draw would be good right now but I fear and expect a defeat and hanging onto the top ten by the turn of the year.
