Not overly impressed with the ticketing arrangements for the FA Cup Round 1 tie.
Available on Monday to personal callers only, it means that those of us who live a fair distance from The Valley will need to take time off work - and with only 250 seats and 250 standing tickets available initially, every chance that they will be sold out when we get there. The remainder (750 out of the intial allocation of 1,250) will be available on the day of the match apparently.
It means that we will have 750 tickets sitting there until the day of the match and that many of us will travel to Northwich in the hope of getting there before the tickets sell out.
Not ideal .. or have I misunderstood something? How about being to able to buy over the phone or on-line from Monday and then collect personally from The Valley at sensible times between now and the day of the match?
