Not that bothered about those that covered there, more than ones that was there outright position. Sure there are loads in the 60s, 70s and 80s we're currently missing
At last someone has mentioned Don Townsend!! Townsend took over from Frank Lock as regular l/b.
The 'default' defence when I started going to the Valley, 1955, was Sam Bartram, Jock Campbell, Don Townsend, John Hewie, Derek Ufton, Cyril Hammond - then a forward line of Gordon Hurst, Bobby Ayre, Stuart Leary, Ron White and Billy Kiernan!!
Comments
Graeme Murty.
Alan Kernaghan? Didn't he play an odd game at lb. Matt Jackson.
I thought Butterball was a right back, at any rate for us?
My apologies you're right there.
Mark Aizlewood
Bet Steve Gritt played there.
Paul Friar.
Think Salako played there afew times as well.
Did Steve Harrison play LB?
Memory say Kinsey was LB all through the 60s and Warman all through the 70s but that can't be right.
From the eighties:
Michael Paye
Simeon Hodson
Don Townsend (father of Andy).

On the basis that he at one stage played in every position
I'd need to check on Jack Shreeve as he was usually right back - I'll ask my step-mum and get back to you! ;-)
I wasn't sure but didn't Peter Croker play RB
