edited October 2009 in General Charlton
Ordered my ticket last Monday - money has been taken from my account - but no tickets yet in the post. I guess its down to the postal strike...anyone else waiting?

  • Ring the club - you will find that they are very good at sorting it out. My colchester tickets didn't arrive in time so they arranged for duplicates to be collected at the ground.
  • sold out i think
  • I still havent recieved my Gillingham tickets, it would appear that we as a club are affected more than most in this world when it comes to this post strike, i still get post and bills everyday

I'll second this. My Colchester tickets didn't arrive in time but the club were very good and arranged for duplicates to be collected from Colchesters ticket office. Just ring the club and they'll arrange for duplicates.
  • Can we turn up and buy tickets on the night given the ground restrictions?
  • OS says we can. They'll open the East Stand if needed.
    Barnet (h) - Tuesday, October 6th (7.45pm) - Johnstone's Paint Trophy second round
Charlton will play their Johnstone's Paint Trophy second-round tie against Barnet at The Valley on Tuesday, October 6th (7.45pm) and all tickets, priced £5, are now on general sale for the match, which will see the Addicks take part in the competition for the first time.

Only seats for the lower west stand will be sold initially, with club officials making a decision on whether to open the east stand for the match at a later date depending on demand. Barnet fans will be located in the Jimmy Seed Stand.

To avoid problems for fans whose tickets may not arrive in time due to recent postal strikes, supporters are being urged to buy their places for the Valley fixture in advance in person from the commercial centre. Tickets will also be available from The Valley in advance of kick-off on the night.

There will be no extra-time on the night, with penalties if the scores are level at the end of 90 minutes.

Fans should also note that there will be no Valley Express service to the game.
  • Just arrived today...took 1 whole week! Other post seems OK. Maybe post from SE7 goes via central London!
  • My Leeds tickets took 7 days.

    Royal Fail.
