Mine expires on the 5th October. I just tried logging on only to find they have ended my subscription early, even though it was fully paid for a year....the 5th is Monday, there is an important match tomorrow, on the 3rd..smacks of holding a gun to your head doesnt it?

Ive written to them, but no doubt they wont reply until after the weekend. Cynical...yes, that seems to be the way of the world these days.

  • Ended up re-signing...bastards....didnt answer my emails either...got them returned as well
  • While Perform are the only ones able to resolve any subscription/technical issues - email customerservices@performgroup.com if anyone was unaware - I am always happy to harass/chase on subscribers' behalf.

    Haven't renewed mine. Its a total joke. I'd rather get match updates on here. As far as I am concerned they have failed to perform the contract. If it wasn't for the fact that I know it's not the clubs fault and I don't want to make waves for the club, the people who run it would be receiving a letter before action from me. As it is, I'll be content to vote with my feet.
