Sitting at the back of the West stand yesterday...a potential loan when the window opens? Or just a mate of one of the players...

  • Parky said loans would only be brought in if we needed them. We don't really need him with 3 centre backs at the moment so probably visiting old friends.

Probably the latter or visiting friends/family in the area. I don't see any point bringing him in unless one of Sodje, Dailly or Llera gets injured.
  • Parky said ont the league podcast he was looking at acouple of short term loans.
  • Looking at skates - they may need him more than you.
  • Least they've got 0 points!

Still, they would love to have our form at the moment.. ;)

    Oh and our attendances.
  • Sadly Linvoy retired today due to his knee problems

    Shame.

He looked to be struggling during his loan spell under Pardew.

Often lament the fact that him and Rufus never had a chance to play together for any extended period. What a pairing that would have been.
  • Shame. Quality player and a good bloke.
  • Agree RR. Saw a piece on him a while back on Soccer Saturday i think, he does alot of community work. Very religious bloke too. Came across as one of the 'nice' men in the game, but never shirked a tackle either.

  • All the best Linvoy.
  • Never did understand why we let him go and signed Mcleary. Always thought Linvoy was a better player even at his young age.
