I was on the last train home from Charing Cross on the Sidcup line last night and heard a few hardy souls singing "Valley Floyd Road" in the next carriage - I'm guessing they were on the way home from Boro.
Was going to walk through and join in, but to be honest I'm kinda almost ashamed to publicly "out" myself as a Charlton fan at the moment. Maybe "ashamed" is a bit strong, but there's only so many times you can have that same conversation with people about "what has gone wrong down at The Valley?"
Anyway, if it was you on the train then fair play to you. Me, I was never going to Boro myself - had tickets to go and see Iron Maiden at Earls Court. Was my first gig in yonks and the old boys ROCKED!
