didn't realise that it wasn't as one sided and as comfortable as biased reporting had led me to believe but then again 3 points for a win against a team that will be involved in a third tier relegation battle aren't to be sniffed at ... respect to those that went but 505 is a small turnout for a club with as many home fans as we have imo
  • Good work, going to be really interesting later on in the season.
  • Thanks AFKA .... your calculators been very busy and nice to see young Shelvey at the top of the Assists and Shots
  • Those stats v Hartleool are surprising. Most of us seem to have felt we pretty much ran the game (myself included). Puts Robbie's 2 best saves in perspective. Cheers for taking the trouble.

Well stats don't often explain everything, we could have still ran the game (or at least parts of it).
  • Robbie's two saves were crucial but overall we were the much better team. Looks as if the scores are proving that Youga is the weakest link. I'd rather play Basey or even Solly there. 505 there, well done all.
  • First half the BBC website had us with 62% possesion, after the thirty minute mark we started going down but I think it finished on about 58% possession. It's good that we still controlled the game, but we do seem willing to give up possession too much. Considering we have 5 midfielders they should be able to compress the game better. We will get hurt by better teams, fortunately I don't think there are many in league one.
  • I think sometimes we forget that the opposition have a say in the matter.

They don't normally lay down or limply roll over.
  • And the Golden Anorak Award goes to..........:o)
  • Hows this for the Golden Anorack Award bingaddick - And forgive the obvious! But whilst stats such as possession, shots on goal and corners are all of interest: The only stat of real importance is Goals, for and against, at the end of the game.

After all we have all seen games where a team has dominated possession only to lose. So suggest it not about how long a team has the ball – but what they **^^"" do - with it.

  • top stats AFKA, loving the feature. lets hope we can push the averages of each player up after tomorrows performance.

3000 ratings please everyone who goes to leyton lol
  • A customer told me that Pool's manager was full of praise according to the paper yesterday. His comments reflect the view that there was only going to be one winner apparently.

  • So who in our squad played in the prem?

    Sam
    Burton?
    Dailly

Not a lot of em really is it?
  • Randolph - 1 game, Richardson a few appearances for Leeds, Youga was there while we were in the Prem, Gray for Sunderland & Leeds.

But yeah barely any real experience apart from Dailly, Burton and Gray.
  • Great stats AFKA, thanks.
