anyone else disappointed with the fact that the shirts are not being done in the larger sizes ? The away kit is only available to 3XL. I know that I shouldn't be such a fat bastard but there are a fair few of us out there.

Many years ago, I got the '46 cup final shirt from the club shop for xmas, it was an xl and was a bit tight on me. So I took it back, I was told by the tugboat to go on a diet!
This thread is the perfect example of why replica shirts should never be on sale to adults - overpriced tat, made by exploited kids in the far east, which only ever look good on people with the physique of a professional athlete ;-)

Oh go on Bournemouth, you know you want to...
Well put it this way, if paid £40+ for a shapeless, gaudy, scrap of nylon and gave it to my missus for her birthday, I'd be sleeping in the spare room for a very long time.
My mate used to have an (amazingly fit) bird. He bought her the yellow all sports top and she customised it (she was really into fashion) which basically involved cutting it up and taking it in or something. When she wore it to a game it was possibly the sexiest thing i've ever seen. I was devastated when they broke up.

Wasn't one of the things bigged up by the club when we did the deal with Joma that they were a family run company with their factory in Spain, so at most it should be exploited kids on the costa del sol. Maybe the clubs spanish summer football courses for kids are an elaborate cover?

Take a look at the label to see where they are made. China, I think.
I normally get a Medium possibly Large if it's a somewhat tight fit, but for the away I had to get an XS, and it's a perfect fit to me. The L i took back was like a nightingale, and this wasn't through any lost weight.. just it being a very loose thin fit.
hopefully i'll be able to save a little next season with a Large boys. :-)
