I managed something of a little personal ambition yesterday when I finally captured a Charlton goal on my camera! Unfortunately I got a bit over excited just after Llera scored and accidentally stopped the recording so I missed his celebration in front of the covered end.
Uploaded it onto youtube for posterity. Bienvenido al Charlton!
Llera's goal.

Just we're called Charlton AtHletic ;-)
Not wanting to be pedantic, I thought the third it was a cracking ball in at the time but having seen it again - particularly on that clip - it went straight onto the first defenders head and he sort of ducked out of it and just flicked it on. I suppose you could say that the quality of the ball produced the uncertainty, but if my old Sunday league team had conceeded like that we would've collectively ripped the bloke on the front post a new arsehole!
Weird eh?
;o)
He was quality MCS....I don't think anyones saying any different but he was nowhere near the influence that he has been in the past....a quiet game(though not a bad game by any means) by his standards.
From the upper middle of the east stand he played well and laid on a couple of goals.
I just hope Semedo and Racon keep their line a bit more dominantly again, and Parky get's Shelvey shoved forward where he can hurt teams. We need energetic players and he needs to be further up towards Burton if Semedo is there to protect people.
Great video by the way! Loved the defender's flick on and the lack of marking at the back post.
I think taking Burton and Sam off also made a difference. We really need a Wade Small/Jason Puncheon or similar to be able to come on if Sam's tired and do what he does, take the ball forward, maybe win a free kick (as he did for Llera's goal) and take a bit of pressure off.
