Is it the end for NA??

edited December 2006 in General Charlton
As I have just joined this site, having been a lurker for sometime, I thought I would ask the question.

The NA of 2/3 years ago was a great board, of course in the summer it got a bit silly but on the whole the postings where intelligent and well thought out (a bit like this place is).

I think this is borne out by the number of people who still meet up every game and who met through the NA board.

If you look at the current site I doubt anyone would want to meet these people. Quite frankly I cant be bothered to post there anymore

  • don't really want to get into a debate about over sites, but remember at the time NA was at its peak, it was the only Charlton site to post on.

Now there are about 6 or 7. I think we are lucky here that there is a fair chunk of the old NA community that liked what they saw and come along, and mixed with new posters have provided a good balance.
  • I post on both occasionally and there are positives about each but there are definitiely some keyboard warriors out there who need some help!!!
