I think that's an outrage!
At the very least it should have been personally delivered the same day by Richard Murray, riding in a golden sedan chair borne aloft by a dozen albino peacocks.
Cant afford to pay for a season ticket outright so i phoned up a few weeks ago to pay for it in installments but they told me id missed the deadline for that by a few days. My fault obviously but cant really understand the logic in it to be honest. If they had let me pay monthly they would have a guaranteed £300+ over the course of the season whether i made every match or not but now ill have to pay on the door for each game i go to (which i intend to be most home games) but they will still lose out on the ones i dont go to.
Anyone know for what purpose they have the deadline for?

Charlton don't deal with the finanace, it's an outside company.
Cheers stu. Just cant understand the benefit to the club (or even the company you cite) of not accepting any more season ticket applications being paid in installments. As i say id phone up tomorrow and get one if they did so cant see why they have said no to it considering that they still have so many available.
I was told the same thing at start of July, although I had read either on the website or the season ticket application form that if you missed the deadline at the start of June for paying in installments you could still sign up but you'd have to pay whatever installments you'd missed up front, i.e if you sign up at the start of August you'd have to pay 3 months worth of installments in one go. Seems strange that they aren't willing to do this - you'd think they'd be bending over backwards to get as many people signed up as possible. Buying mine next Friday and then probably having a very quiet month socially.
you could apply for one of these credit cards.
i have had one for years and have only used it for season tickets.
0% intrest for the entire debt on season ticket purchases over £250.
