  • My FD is a Saints fan and he said he sees massive similarities with our predicament.

They've spent a few years down there and now finally look to be coming good again, at least we can take solice that we don't have a prat like Rupert Lowe in charge.

    A very good article.

That's my fear that the board are sticking by Reed .... to be honourable and to save face.
However what they must do is bite the bullet, say goodbye to Les and get in a MANAGER

Whilst Les stays here we are rudderless and going into meltdown.
  • Very, very good read.
  • Even more reason why we should get Pardew in. He's got good experience with Reading and West Ham at championship level so will know what it takes to get us back up
  • Big difference is Southampton had bigger debts because of the stadium
  • Yeah, and they also have a youth academy that produces multimillion pound 16 year olds.
  • That's a very good article and perspective-

    Well spotted T!!!

I posted that comparison (in less detail) on here 5 days ago, and I nicked that from another board.
