    [cite]Posted By: Groucho78MFC[/cite]I never paid up but I don't give a fuck

    Typical Millwall

Erm, excuse me? Since when the f**k did I ever comment on your shirt sponsorship?

I did look at the thread and think where's that comment!
  • following on from that they still want to charge £250 for your kids to be a mascot, this club is fast becoming a joke, get in the real world. We have been relegated 2 divisions and the price stays the same.
  • Can't believe people didn't pay up....but perhaps a little bit unambitious this time with only one shirt this season.
  • I will contribute again for one or two shirts

  • And here.
  • Notice that the OS is saying that many sponsorships are still available.

What are people's views on sponsoring a shirt this season now?

If it does go ahead should be cash in advance to avoid previous problems.
  • The club phoned my after the start of the season and asked again, but my point remained that i thought it was a piss take that following relegation, everything else price wise had been reduced, except shirt sponsorship. Seeing as the majority of the sponsorships are through fans, i thought they were taking advantage of fan loyalty.

The fact that only around 15% of the sponsorships had been filled at that time was testament to that i thought.

I would be happy to contribute, and i would be proud to have the CL name endorsed, but i don't have the time at present, or if i'm honest the inclination to go through the hassle again of chasing people for money.

And with 15% of the season gone, i would have thought that it should now be at a reduced rate.
  • We did ours on the ADU back in July.....13 of us at $86.00 each (about £43)....Fully understand what youre saying though Dan, it does seem expensive for this division.
  • Have they ramped the prices up (think I saw a tweet moaning about it , like I am if they have) after that most successful of seasons .

It certainly never used to cost nearly a grand to sponsor a shirt
  • Last season was £400 so a modest increase (225%)
  • £900 for the home shirt, will be interesting to see how many of those they do

Personally, I think we’ve sold the only player whose shirt would have justified that much and let go the other player who would have been popular enough. Hopefully, new heroes and favourites will step forward this season.

    sweat the asset
having had our worst season in 98 years they've got some front i'll give em that
  • £370 for the third shirt inc VAT and the £50 season ticket discount.

Bromley Addicks have renewed Nathan Jones' third shirt at that price.

Only need 37 lifers putting in £10 each to cover £370 to sponsor a player's third shirt.

Plenty of academy products like Miles, Karoy, Z Mitchelll, TC, Danny K or new signings like Godden, A Mitchell or Terry Taylor worth sponsoring.

Would ‘37 Lifers’ get the season ticket discount ?
