Charlton miss out on Gerrard

CHARLTON’S bid to bolster their squad has suffered another setback after the Addicks missed out on defender Anthony Gerrard.
The 22-year-old Walsall centre-back - the cousin of England international Steven Gerrard - had held talks about a move to The Valley.
But he opted to join Cardiff instead, leaving the Addicks to look elsewhere.
