The Ugliest Charlton player

Anybody remember Cliff Durrante a winger we had from South Africa, he was'nt very good and looked like the Tasmanian Devil cartoon character.

    Ah, but do you remember Cliff Durandt's 90th minute winner v Southampton that kept us up.

    Short fat little winger was our Cliff but as you say that shot dribled past Reynolds in the Southampton goal to keep our season alive before the crunch game away at Walsall. My first season so remember it well!

    I have been trying to find a picture of Cliff Durrandt to confirm that he was as I remember him, and to show those who do not. But no joy not even under his other club Wolves.

    Martin Robinson always struck me as ET with a perm.

    Liked him as a player though.

    i think dean kiely making the ugly 11 is harsh. Granted when he takes his teeth out its not that pretty but once they're back in he's fairly fit?!

    I read oggy's comments and laughed my head off, Charlton are not at all gifted with good looking/pretty players.
