Charlton not looking at Dons defender
Charlton have rule out making a move for MK Dons skipper Dean Lewington, despite Phil Parkinson being a keen admirer.
Reports today had linked the Addicks with making a £500,000 bid for the former Wimbledon full-back, but those have been rubbished after it was revealed Charlton would struggle to pay the fee asked for by the Dons.
Parkinson is known to be keen on Lewington but reportedly has no immediate plans to make a move for the 25-year-old, despite the Addicks failure to capture Peter Clarke who looks set to join Huddersfield instead.
Dont you just love the fact that these journos seem to relish in our demise......how many more times are we going to see how skint we are?.....and its not as if the players who are likely attracting interest, such as JJ Bailey and Sam are going to leave on free's.....totally lazy journalism....ok rant over.....
