Charlton the Jigsaw ?

So reviewing various post we do seem to be in limbo with actions waiting for other actions.....ie owner manager sponsor shirts captain players etc.....

So i guess if we where were a jigsaw we still collecting all the straight bits up so we can start the jigsaw.....so when will we start the jigsaw what we waiting for ?
