I can't see how the Old Bill can stop them.....providing they've paid their license to Sky.....seems strange to me.
I do of course thoroughly endorse their actions....legal or otherwise!
[cite]Posted By: stonemuse[/cite]According to millwall message board, pubs will be open but no pub in bexley, bexleyheath, welling allowed to show Leeds game on TV.
Apparently the OB have done this in reaction to Georges Day in Bexley Village!
However rumours are that the game will be shown in the Camden which is apparently known as a Millwall pub.
I overheard two blokes talking about the game on the train yesterday morning and the Camden was mentioned.
[cite]Posted By: Bexleyheath_Red[/cite]Camden known as a Millwall pub...dont think so, but have heard they are shwoing it in there, will more than likley be in there myself
Yeah surprised me too, not been in there much but never seen it as Millwall.
They also claim Guy Earl of Warwick in Welling is Millwall ! Certainly that's news to me as I've never seen evidence of ot. If anything it's both Charton and Millwall but to be honest it's not a football pub ... well, maybe once a season when we play there ;-)

Camden - a lot of regulars who drink in there are Charlton and I would say they out number Millwall by quite a lot. I was in there on Tuesday it was very quiet but out of the 10 or so in the left hand bar, I knew five of them as Charlton season ticket holders. However tonight I reckon it will be full of Millwall and suspect there will be an unsavoury atmosphere with a lot of the Millwall Bexleyheath Yoof in there. Might pop in for the first half.

Pub licencees rights go right out of the window when football is involved, lets just say lots of veiled threats regards future applications etc are made, seen it and witnessed it first hand.
I'm in two minds on this one, would love to see them humiliated but do we want them at the Valley reeking havoc next season?
Well the Camden didnt have it on, and it was really amusing watching the knuckledraggers try and work our where to go to watch it. Most were heading to the Broadway, which for me would be the last place to try if there was a blanket ban on showing the game.
Going to write to my MP. There was only Millwall supporters singing about going to Wemberley in Chislehurst last night! Chislehurst FFS what is the world coming to have those numbskulls in the area.

Off to clean the moat
Well they say Chislehurst is becoming the new Thamesmead. They will soon be plonking a 16 storey blook of flats in the middle of your moat......

With their (knuckledragging) arms they could just walk round with a net to clean it.

Coach & Horses at the end of North Cray Road was heving with Millwall meatheads .Owned by a Millwall fan old bill outside in meat wagons, just round the corner from where it kicked off st georges day
Now you cannot watch a football game, although I use the term in it's widest term.......
Were there 5 passses in the entire game, without the ball being given away to the other side, christ is this the standard of this league, and this lot were the in the playoffs. rather depressing all round
agree Ken i can't see any of them with the exception of Leicester staying up that includes peterborough who i thought were shite when they played millwall on the box. This pile of crap is what we have to look forward to,thank you alan pardew, phil parkinson

The police told him not to put it on. He had the Hillsborough memorial game on - which didnt please the natives too much............
