It all depends on what sort of Moat you've got mate . A deep wide ditch style moat needs more of a specialised company especially if the water surrounds the whole of your castle complex . If the dam you have that controls the water supply is blocked then you are looking at £1,000's and if your moat is up to the maximum 30 feet deep then you're looking at a good months work there .

Large serpents lurking can cause health and safety complications too.

Not worried about the cost, just gonna stick an expenses claim in, and the mug punter tax payers can swallow it.

I use Moats R Us in Edenbridge. Very good

I'll ask my local MP for you mate, I'm sure he'll know

They've had some experience with this at Westminster with the river being so close to Parliament so I endorse the suggestion from Medders, ask the local MP.

It goes without saying that it can go on expenses and if you hurry it up, you may be able to get away without submitting too detailed a breakdown ... just say it's for a leak in the kitchen tap or the bath overflowed.

I had Trolls under my Bridge once, very nasty.

depends on which of DA9's many homes he is claiming on.

I'd guess it is for the Scottish Castle but could be the Chelsea harbour flat.

The killer rabit of Caerbannog - he still around? The Holy Hand Grenade didn't work then! I suggest a mixture of Guinness, camphor, sesame seed paste, chili oil, and a cast-iron frying pan. Actually, just use the frying pan and whack the rabbit right between the eyes.

    Bloody boys and their toys.

In my days it was a pick axe and a shovel to break the drive up.

Closely followed by three days in bed with a dodgy back.

I've been mixing the concrete with a mixer but still 'backbreaking' for an office bound weed like me.. I hired a dumper truck the other day, the thing was a tall as the shed.

Well, now we've sorted out DA9's moat. Can anyone recommend a firm to tidy up my helipad?
