Get shot of Mills and bring in a football man, a man who has managed players on their extortionate salaries and egos. We need to take a big decision, Gibson had the balls to bring in Venables at 'Boro, go get him or George Graham and restore some respect and attitiude into our players and club. All your hard work and investment should not be wasted we need to take a gamble on these last 21 games for which we need 30 points from 63. So put up a million in a brown bung bag if necessary and do something to give us hope

Andrew Mills does the job that Richard Murray did and still does, which is do the negoations, doesn't pick the players, doesn't choose the tactics.

How can Les Reed be blamed for the players we've brought in? Dowie or maybe even Curbs for some selected the last batch of players!

You deal with what you got, and he's now got to pick the team, set the tactics, and motivate the players.

Yeah the rot set in under Curbs, but, if Reed is being so bullish, let see what he's got, at the moment, I don't know what that is
