Who's got the best record this season?

edited April 2009 in General Charlton
Just worked out that I've seen 5 wins in 23 games. Not as bad as I thought it might be actually, even though I've only seen two wins in the last 6 months!

I know there will be plenty worse records, but can you beat that?

  • I've seen a lot more wins than that.............by the oppositiion team, mind.
  • 6 out of 26 for me

If i include the end of last season, then its 7 in 36.
  • 1 win 6 draws and 7 losses for me....
  • I've not missed a home game sine September 07, so thats kind of alot of wins for me
  • 4 wins 2 losses and 6 draws for me! Wins over Palace, Ipswich, Swansea and Plymouth
  • 0 wins in 2 Pardew games, including the loss at Palarse....
  • 14 wins in 47 games (around 47 anyway)
  • This season 3 wins in 15 games for me....

  • This season:

14 games: 1 win. 4 draws. Out of them 2 were home games (2 defeats v Sheff Weds, Donny). Will be doing the final two games of the season.
  • Charlton: 1 win (Palace) and 1 defeat (Notts Forrest)...
    Spurs: 5 wins, 3 draws, 2 defeats...
  • 29 Games, including the two cup home games

    5 wins.

    God thats depressing
  • 1 game 1 loss

    Palace away
  • 1 win in 1! 100% record for Parky, but that was back in February when I was in UK for Palace game...

Not sure that warrants him still being in charge though.
  • 3 wins and missed Reading home cos i thought 3oc kick off !!

my record this season is - won 8 (inc FA cup replay)
    drawn 14
    lost 20

therefore seen 42 games and seen 8 wins and almost 50% defeats
  • Kings of Leon i would say hotly followed by Tony Christies new album...
  • 75 hours of continuous rocking in a rocking chair by Suresh Joachim of Mexico.

  • Talking about Nothing
Mrs. Mary Caterham (GB) and Mrs. Marjorie Steele (GB) sat in a kitchen in Blackburn, Lancs. and talked about nothing whatsoever for four and a half months from 1st May to the 17th August 1978, pausing only for coffee, cakes & toilet visits. Throughout the whole time, no information was exchanged and neither woman gained any new knowledge whatsoever.

The outdoor record for talking about nothing is held by Mrs. Vera Etherington (GB) and her neighbour Mrs. Dolly Booth (GB) of Ipswich, who between 11th November 1983 and 12th January 1984 chundered on over their fence in an unenlightening dialogue lasting 62 days until Mrs. Booth remembered she'd left the bath running.

With stats like yours, can you blame us?
  • Ive missed more home games this season than I have in the entire previous 24 years I have been going.

That said, to not see us win since the first game of the season is pretty demoralising.
  • 17 games 3 wins 5 draws great viewing
  • 25 Games
    6 Wins
    7 Draws
    12 Defeats

Win Ratio of 24% Quality That is
  • Three matches...three defeats.

Which just goes to show why Golfie is more depressed than the rest of us. Fair play to him :-)
