  • In retrospect, I blame all our problems down to Gritt dropping Pardew on the game back at The Valley

    None so bitter
  • god i got a bit choked up watching that.

I thought "Oh come on" ..... then I watched it, very good
  • That is a great video congrats airman i loved it!
  • Superb effort!
At times like these you need the reassuring arm round the shoulder and whisper in the ear from the ghost's of addicks passed.

    Now, where's that renewal application?
  • yep now if only we could get a manager like curbishley.... can't see us getting back to those heights for at least 10 years ;-(
  • Jesus, where the f**k did it all go wrong, eh?

*shakes head and wipes a tear from the eye*
  • Airman, is that going to be played on the big screen at half time between now and the end of the season? I really think it should.
Well done to those involved, nothing like a bit of emotional blackmail to sell a few extra tickets - and why not!
  • And some people wonder why some of the fans are 'negative' at present....... this clip might give an insight into why this club is special and is not just 'another' football club........
  • Well done to David Moss from ITV sport for putting it together, Rick if I get you a copy of the "This is the Valley" video, can you put that up too?

We're showing it tomorrow. I very much expect that we'll keep on showing it 'til the end of the season.

  • Top class, well done. Just the right message in just the right way.
  • Any chance that it could also be shown at some point while the players are on the pitch, such as just before the end of their warm-up?
No harm in reminding them about where this club has been and come from, with a view to thinking about where we're now going following this season's performances.
  • That was superb. Choked me up.
  • Feckin "goose bumps" great video
  • AB thats really great, wipes away tear........
  • Excellent, nice to see myself celebrating at Woolwich Town Hall.
  • Great stuff.

Winging it's way to every Charlton fan I know and the whole Bromley Addicks membership as I type.
  • Get it on the big screen, great vid.
  • Message to Easter Bunny

"Could we have Sir Clive back please"

    Thank you
  • puts this season into persepctive....a hiccup and hopefully nothing terminal....this is a special club....

That Lisbie looks a great player, what happened to him?....:o)
  • Blimey... i'm still not going to be in England next season and it's got me wanting to buy one. Quality.

Premiership, Championship, "League 1"... who cares. One club. Our club.
  • Cheers Rick, brilliant video, I feel privileged to have supported this great club through that period.

Renew my season ticket? ... it was never in doubt.
  • Great stuff....cant fail can it.....
  • Up to my 5th watch now....brilliant.
  • Great video...

It's been suggested elsewhere that people might like to buy the campaign poster, which had occurred to me.

This comes in two versions - the large landscape version on the concourses with a reduced number of images (as per the OS splash page) and the portrait version in the poster holders around the ground.

I don't think most people would want a version bigger than A1, which is roughly 60cm wide by 84cm high, and I think it would be the portrait version with all the images. Off the top of my head, we'd probably have to sell them at £4-£5 each.

Is there any interest in that?
  • One here Mr Brown.
