Evening Standard - free easter egg & book for 50p!

You also get some paper with ink that comes off in your hand as well, I think it's an Arsenal fanzine or something.

50p for the lot though, bargain!

  • Yeah, but it's the Evening Standard. You can get a decent small easter egg from tesco's for 99p, without having to soil your hands with that rag.
  • I got thier food & drink guide givaway books last month.

Nothing happens southeast of the water.
  • yer and in yesterdays edition they said Leyton Orient had a great win at Southampton on saturday!
    terrible paper
  • Green and Black's easter egg though, and not a creme egg sized one neither.
  • The book is pretty decent as well, a hardback full colour book of photos of London.

As for the egg, I offered it to people included the fat bastard next to me (20+ stones easily). Big mistake as he finished it off without without me realising. He must of had at least half the egg himself and as per usual has a large lunch as well. I was planning to take that home and let my brother have some! I've got no symphony for people like him, they need to get some self control before it's too late.

You could always hide it inside "Leather Boys Monthly", to save embarrasment...

    ............

Actually the ink won't come off on your fingers - the DMG group print their rags using the flexo printing process, which means that with the Sub-Standard, the Daily Hate etc the filth stays in the paper.
