blackwall tunnel - open 1st/2nd April?

Anyone got any info on this? I heard a rumour it may be shut.

    I heard that they were going to barricade the southbound pipe at the South end, funnel all the protesters onto the northern end then seal them in.

    They will then make the current northbound tunnel two way to allow traffic to flow.

    It's called operation "stick it up yer pipe"
