There's also an interesting comparison with Parky's own stats at Hull.

I believe it was 17pts from 21 games, which means he has to win two of his next three matches with us to equal a record that Hull reckoned was so piss-poor it deserved the sack!

His overall Championship record as of today : six wins in 39 games and 28 pts.

Would stll keep him, though. He might not be up to Championship standard, but I reckon he can do a job in Div Three.

Just done the same calculations after 18 games each. Average points-per-game Pardew: 0.89. Average points-per-game Parkinson: 0.61!! You really need an average of 1.087 per game for survival (46 games / 50 points). Both not really up to it - but the trend is getting worse not better...
