Reading On Tuesday......

edited March 2009 in General Charlton
I fear for us, I really do.

Reading have been missing chances left right and centre and are on the verge of absolutely spanking someone.

If we let one in early on I suspect we will be on the end of an absolute hiding.

5 or 6 would be my bet.

    will be a tricky trip, to the M/S this sad run of form I cant see anything other then a 0/2 loss
  • Would take 2 - 0 right now.
  • He needs to pack the midfield, I see us beating reading then going the season unbeaten;
  • I'd rather stick a broken bottle up my sherriff's badge (again) then go to watch that one.
  • I am going. I travel in hope not expectation!!

    I travel with Golfie, another fun night out
  • There
  • Wonder what G Murty has told them about us (apart from the obvious fact that we're there for the taking tomorrow night !).

    Thought he did a cracking job for us and was the best full-back we've had all season. But he was still total Reading even while wearing our shirt. He was on Radio Berkshire regularly throughout his time as a Charlton player, talking about Reading's last/next game and their promotion prospects. I'm told he didn't mention us once!

    Not complaining because he did a good job for us. In fact, it's more of a compliment, really. A true pro who had no trouble in serving two masters simultaneously and giving both of them his best.

    I hope he gets fit in time to help Reading's promotion push, even if only from the bench. Top bloke, I reckon, and he'll make a very good manager one day.
  • mates cant be bothered now ondered if anyone was meeting in town for a drink early ish.
  • Reading a good book on Tuesday evening, you mean?
