[cite]Posted By: Oggy Red[/cite]Did you really expect anything any different. Expect another 2 before the end of the day.
Just cheer everyone up. Plymouth are winning as well. Not that it matters anymore.
Not thought police, Clem .......... we'd just gone a goal behind and you came out with a comment that really deflated me.
It just seemed like putting the boot in to your own club and supporters - and totally unnecessary, that's all.
Anyway, we're winning now.
We still won't stay up Oggy. We need to do better than Wolves or Reading to stay up.
It'll take a miracle, I know. But that wasn't the point of my quoted post, Jimmy.
But just what is the point of it then. I'm afraid that I agree with Clem on this. I mean, how can you not be negative - just being realistic is negaive in itself. You just avoid reality Oggy - fair enough if that works for you but for others it helps just to be realistic and admit that we're down.
think i am oggy....dont think the people in this hostel particularly enjoy me hogging the computer at 10.30am...i tried explaining...but to no avail. i still hold out hope we can do this!

Realistically I know we are down, but I just can't help wondering when a result starts to go our way. If we win this game, I will be doing what most fans do, i.e. calculating what is needed to stay up ... and yes, I know it is futile but it's the way I am!
I think we've a pretty good chance of signing Kandol and Ward, so of our starting 11 today we could be seeing 10 of them in a Charlton shirt next season. Not many times you've been able to say that this season
We've been playing loan players, most of which we couldn't afford (Waghorn, Soares etc) whereas Ward and Kandol are surplus at their clubs and/or near the end of thier contracts. Mr Murry mentioned that we were looking at signing some of the loans we now have.
Also if you look at the "Charlton" players in the side, all are contracted beyond the end of this season

no problem mate, I rely on others when I am travelling

Surely you are joking.
But we're not actually down yet, That's the reality.
