Being in the top 6 of a division for the first time in over a year...

Maybe winning two games in a row, or am I being too optimistic?

Goodness me...first round of the FA Cup, possible away day at a non-league side??? Johnstone's Paint trophy - is there an upside of playing in that? Yet another cup competition we don't really need....
  • being on soccer am when the do the draws for the johnstone paint trophy.. who needs trevor brooking and matt le tissier when uve got helen chamberlin.. and that other bloke... ;-)

  • Can't see many positives tbh.

    Johnstone Paint trophy :-S

    FA Cup 1st round :-S

    Fun times ahead...

  • what can we expect attendance wise 15k a game or less..
  • Lots of threads that start " It really brings home the reality of relegation when .......

Lots of posts about the good old days under curbs

Lots of posts about our poor away support

Lots of moans about our ex-youth players we let go when we were in the Premier that we going to be facing next Saturday and why didn't we have the foresight to hang onto them.

Lots of calls for the board to realise that the club is in a mess.

Lots of calls for Parkinsella to be sacked

Lots of "don't care if we are 10 points clear and on a 12 match unbeaten run it's the f****** 3rd division" in response to any post that suggests we are doing even slightly well.

Lots of demands for the Supporters' Director to come back and gets things sorted.

Do they have to go together? Half of the Pardky combo stayed when the other half went, so Kins should surely have a long Charlton management career ahead of him as senior partner in the dynamic new Kinsmatt duo ...

I'm not looking forward to us being a cup final for some unheard of level 8 village team with a part-time builder scoring the winner against us.

We'd no doubt struggle in the LDV Vans Johnstones Paint Trophy.

I enjoyed it, but you can barely see anything. Feels like you're miles away from the pitch.

Better start making a list. I can think of two at the moment, Kemi Izzet at Colchester and Kieran Murtagh at Yeovil.

The LIb, £1 or £2, cant remember, the Cons, members only I think, but always someone around to get you in, just mention you know the Elvis fan from Dartford to Tom on the door and he should be OK.

i agree with the first two nothing wrong with reminiscing or stating the truth but 10 points clear lmfao
  • Southend away, down early for a breakfast next to the Britannia pub (Rangers pub, so keep out Henry), then into the Forresters for the strippers and a punch up, back on the juice straight after the game, then rolling back to a very cheap B&B I know right on the front, which is next door, literally, to a kebab shop (which is vital obviously after so many beers)

It's a quid into the Lib but you don't have to pay twice. Once you've paid to get in you can go in post match. The Conny is members only. The Lib do a season membership for about £20.
  • Yay - Carlisle. That's almost a home game for me...

Don't think it's ready that soon. Wikipedia (which could be completely wrong) says it opens in August 2011.
