Pancake week is next week for me. Forgot all about this holiday, so won't be having any tomorrow.

Mrs gib and I have started a little business to do something together, hiring out our crepe stall for posh weddings at my pals chateau. So I'm puting meself forward as resident pancake expert (Along with pest control, house renovations, kidney transplantation, shooting and countrysports, shop running (in Grove Park area), living in France and of course politics & diplomacy expert).
So, if you need advice on making a good pancake, ask me okay
