Peacock, Randolph and Davies to guest at CASDA AGM tonight!

edited February 2009 in General Charlton
Excellent line up. I think I might make a trip over to SE7 tomorrow night.

From the OS

Trio assemble for CADSA AGM
Phil Parkinson, Darren Randolph and Keith Peacock will be the guests of the Charlton Athletic Disabled Supporters' Association (CADSA) when the organisation holds its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday night.

Phil Parkinson will attend the CADSA AGM at The Valley on Tuesday night

The trio will take part in a question-and-answer session after the official business has been concluded at the event, which gets under way at The Valley at 7.30pm.

Also scheduled to be present at the meeting are members of the fans' forum, who will answer questions and get feedback prior to the next forum meeting on Thursday night in SE7.

The CADSA meeting will be the first time Addicks manager Parkinson has been out and about to meet fans since the confirmation of his permanent appointment, and he will be joined by goalkeeper Randolph from the current Charlton squad.

In addition, former Charlton midfielder and ex-assistant manager Keith Peacock, now an honorary associate director of the club, will also be in attendance.

Refreshments will also be provided, and the AGM will see the election of new CADSA committee members.

I might pop along, and ask a question to the east stand forum rep. Club shop is it being held?
  • I may come along and personally thank Rothko for the free beer on Saturday.

Thats the real job of a rep!

Forgive me, but since when has the fans forum and questions posed to its members been more important than earning a living?.
  • I'll add to that, it also has nothing to do with CADSA so end of discussion.
  • It seems CADSA get a better line up of guests than Bromley SC.

We're not Bromley SC were Bromley Addicks.

In some ways yes it is a better line up but Kins is a legend and he was a great guest so just a shame that Nick Davies couldn't make it but good luck to CASDA and I hope they get a good turn out.

Personally the more of these types of meetings the merrier.

forgive me but who are you to end discussions?
  • No Parky tonight

I was thinking that although as great as these things are, I would rather he was in Sheffield tonight having a look at Saturdays oppo
  • Will Parky not be there tonight now? and will it cost anything to get in?
  • It's free and Parky won't be there though Nick Davies now will.

Umm, Davies would be good, Peacock is a great guest, don't know about Randolph.

In a late change of plans Phil Parkinson will not be attending the Charlton Athletic Disabled Supporters' Association (CADSA) when the organisation holds its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday night.

The Charlton manager is away on first team business but there will still be a three-pronged Addicks presence at the event at The Valley (7.30pm).

Head of sports science, Nick Davies, will fill the void in SE7 and joins Darren Randolph and Keith Peacock.

Davies returned to Charlton's backroom staff shortly before Christmas after previously serving the club from 2003-07 and will join young keeper Darren Randolph at the CADSA meeting.

In addition, former Charlton midfielder and ex-assistant manager Keith Peacock, now an honorary associate director of the club, will also be in attendance.

Refreshments will also be provided, and the AGM will see the election of new CADSA committee members.

  • I'm sorry, but i've not really read these mentions as open meetings to all and sundry, but as an AGM of Disabled Supporters Association.

    You may well be right.

I thought the Q & A part was open to anyone but stand to be corrected.
  • No, i think you are probably right, but i didn't think it was clear on the notices the club have put out.
