managers half time meaasges bullet points

Parky
- Good half lads
- you wouldn't know who is bottom of the league
- great defending
- matty you look a natural CH
- Chris, unlucky not hitting the target after we scored
- Racon, world class turn and shot
- keep a clean sheet and were there
- just keep it going lads
- who wants tea?

Gary '****ing' Johnson
- you useless *****
- your a ****ing laughing stock
- you know you are playing the worst ****ing team in the division possibly the ****ing country
- you know they ****ing melt if we score
- you should be ****ing ashamed
- get your ****ing head out of your ****ing *****

....keeping the fire stoked is a major part of management. Parky, just doesn't have what it takes, they looked like they had already won when they ran out for the second half. Our team has no fight or desire when something goes against them. How about Mouts when he missed a tackle and just walked back into the area, thats when I left, it was an absolute disgrace!

PS: I was not in the dressing rooms so this is purely made up.

    Difficult one.

What do you same to a team that is nervous, low on confidence etc? Do you pat them on the back and say that they are doing well and risk complacency or do you rip into them saying things like "we've f*cked this up before, don't do it again" and risk making them sh*t themselves even more?

I suppose it is somewhere in between. Not easy but ultimately - it is up to the players to go out on the pitch and perform.
