The start of Curbs' last season in charge. Think we won first 5 away games in the league looking like a class act in the process, second in the league in mid-October, beat Chelsea at the Bridge in Carling Cup. I remember coming out of West Brom away making plans for the European tour the following season. Lost at home to Bolton the week after Chelsea and that turned out to be the beginning of the end. Seems like a long time ago now.
